Effective: 25 September 2026. These terms concern browsing runconnor.com and making initial enquiries. Use of the Connor financial promotion review platform is governed by the Terms of Service and a signed Order Form.
1. Zindex operates this website
runconnor.com is operated by Zindex Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 09390031, whose registered office is 28 St. Georges Terrace, Herne Bay, England, CT6 8RH, trading as Connor. Contact hi@runconnor.com.
Connor is a trading name, not a separate company. These terms apply to visiting the website and making an initial enquiry. A signed Order Form and service agreement govern use of the financial promotions application. In relation to customer material covered by that agreement, it takes precedence over these website terms, including where an agreed submission channel uses this website.
2. The website describes the service
The website provides product information and ways to contact us. A demonstration, example finding, source citation or traffic-light result is not professional advice, a regulatory determination or approval to publish a financial promotion. The organisation responsible for a promotion must make its own review and approval decisions.
Examples and reconstructed demonstrations must be read with their labels and stated scope. Product capabilities, formats and rule coverage are those agreed in the service documentation and Order Form; a roadmap does not commit us to deliver a feature by a particular date. A website enquiry does not order a paid service or bind your organisation to enterprise contract terms.
3. You may use the website lawfully
You may read the website, share its links and use reasonable extracts for internal evaluation with their attribution. You must not introduce malicious material, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate someone, interfere with availability or use the website unlawfully. Automated access must respect applicable law and reasonable technical restrictions and must not degrade the service.
These terms do not prevent legally protected security reporting, statutory rights or a competent regulator's powers. Security concerns can be reported to hi@runconnor.com.
4. Initial review requests have a limited purpose
The public review-request form sends an asset and your contact details to the Connor team to arrange a review. It does not run an automated scan. Use this public form only for public or appropriately redacted material you are entitled to share. Do not send account credentials, identity documents, private customer financial records or confidential unpublished material through it. Ask us to agree the appropriate contract and submission channel for other material.
You retain your rights in what you submit. You give Zindex permission only to receive, store, inspect and copy it as needed to respond to and arrange the review you requested, using the service providers identified in the privacy notice. Submission does not grant a licence for advertising, shared model training, shared evaluations, demonstrations or unrelated product improvement.
We will treat non-public enquiry information as confidential, restrict access to the people and service providers needed to handle it and not publish it without permission, except where disclosure is legally required. If confidential material is sent unintentionally, contact us promptly so we can agree its return or deletion. This confidentiality undertaking does not make the public form suitable for restricted information.
Any substantive processing of customer material in the app must be governed by the agreed service terms and, where applicable, the DPA. Our Privacy Notice describes personal-data handling. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
5. Intellectual property remains with its owner
Website software, branding, writing, illustrations and other material are owned by or licensed to their respective owners. Third-party names and marks identify their owners and do not imply endorsement. Rights granted for ordinary website use do not authorise misleading reuse of the Connor name or copying the site as your own product. Nothing restricts a use that applicable law permits notwithstanding these terms.
6. Availability and external links have limits
We take reasonable care with the website but may change it, correct errors or suspend access when necessary. We do not promise continuous website availability or that every page will be complete or current. Contracted product availability and support are dealt with in the service agreement.
An external link takes you to another organisation's service, with its own terms and privacy arrangements. We are not responsible for that organisation's material simply because we link to it.
7. Liability is limited where the law permits
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing removes a consumer's statutory rights, an individual's data protection rights or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For business use of this informational website, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business opportunities arising from use of website information, to the extent the law permits. This provision does not exclude liability for our misuse of submitted information or reduce obligations under a separate services agreement. Website terms do not impose the enterprise agreement's liability limits on a person who has not entered it.
8. Changes and disputes
We will date changes to these terms. A change does not retrospectively expand our rights over information already submitted or amend a signed customer agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as lawful.
English law governs these website terms and related non-contractual obligations. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction and other non-excludable rights. These terms do not prevent a privacy complaint or regulator contact.
